1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Shape Switch ("the App"), developed by GameBox, handles information when you use the App on Android devices. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App itself does not ask you for your name, email address, or any direct personal details. The following information is collected automatically by the App and by third-party SDKs bundled with it:

Device identifiers & advertising data (because the App shows ads)

Google Advertising ID and related device identifiers used to serve and measure ads.
Ad interaction data (e.g. ad impressions, clicks, video completions) collected by our ad partners.

Purchase information (because the App offers in-app purchases)

Purchase history and purchase tokens for in-app products. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play — we never see or store your payment card details.

App activity & technical data (always collected)

App interactions (screens viewed, gameplay events, settings) used for analytics and improving the game.
Crash reports and performance diagnostics.
Device information: device model, OS version, app version, country/region, and network state.

The App does not collect your precise location, and it does not require you to create an account.

3. How We Use Your Information

To operate and improve the App and its gameplay experience.
To display advertising that supports the App remaining free to play.
To process in-app purchases through Google Play.
To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy
Vungle / Liftoff (advertising) — Liftoff Privacy Policy
Google Play Billing (in-app purchases) — Google Privacy Policy
Google Play Games Services (game services, if you sign in) — Google Privacy Policy

You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising using your device's Google Settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

5. Data Retention

We retain collected information only as long as necessary for the purposes above — typically aggregated analytics for up to 24 months and purchase records as required by Google Play and tax law. Advertising identifiers are managed by Google and our ad partners under their own retention schedules.

6. Children's Privacy

Shape Switch is a general-audience casual game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the App, contact us at gergis.f1@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your use of the App by emailing gergis.f1@gmail.com.
If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including data portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
All data transmitted by the App's SDKs is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
